recently i pulled me shoulder out and have got to have surgery. and along with that i torn 3 muscles surrounding my shoulder. still trying 2 get those vids 4 you but me computers crap in its takin longer than i thoughtOriginally Posted by Chris N.

Wow, you'd be surprised how many forum goers here are getting some kind of injury. I hope it's something that won't keep you away for long.
Anyways I'd like to see those vids of yours so I can comment on them. You can load it up on youtube or w/e works for ya.

Your not ready IMO...unless you just want to get some quick pro fights in.I'd sugguest at least 30 amatuer fights.
Most of the guys who are the top pros were National Champs,Olympians,National Golden Gloves Champs,some have over 200 amatuer fights.
