It's all in genetics, if you weren't genetically built to have a six pack, you won't get once, just a flat tone stomach, but if you're built for a six pack, do lots of situps, upside down situps, and sit in a chair sit o nthe edge, and hold your arms in a cross and bend forward contracting your stomach muscles, do this about 30 times. other than that, eat right, and spend about 50 minutes running on the tredmill, it's good at cutting fat, but if you don't eat right, you won't get any results.

Running on a treadmill is very hard, and if your gonna be running to burn off fat then run for 30 minutes in your target heart rate zone. 50 minutes is too much and less your a bloody pro.

You need 8% body fat or less for a set of abs to show. I dont know if you know this, but if he is 12 years old, he might look skinny, but his body fat is probably over 20%.

u need to just run and skip every day and theyll appear. yea confirms right thrs nuthin wrong with exercising @ this time. in fact its better cos while ur going through puberty ur muscles will develop quicker. jus dnt use steroids, tht will make ur bones stop growin, cos it has adult hormones nt kids. when ur an adult ur bones dont grw
