That was a good book. I remember one of the boxers, i think Aaron Pryor sayed he hardly sparred at all and left his aggression all for the fights. Correct me if im wrong about who it was but i found that interesting
CC boom boom for being the only one who backed me up as if i made the book up myself haahha. give me a sec to look up your question and ill post an answer thanks.

    Or what people type.

I remember reading an interview in 1994 I think on JCC, where it said he would wake up eat breakfast then warm up and work out, then 20 rds. of sparring, then and after noon meal with Steak, vegetables and get this sometime Sea Food..

Now wether thats true or not I don't know, but it was in the interview....

    Oh! no!
The book excists BUT how can it have the Hatton dietry if it was out in 2004?
Hatton became champ. in 2005, there is also no indications of Barkley, Bruno or Buchanan.

It's the SAME book with a different cover.

    by Gary Todd (Author)
Publisher: Ulysses Press (November 30, 2004)

The only thing I'm questioning here is if the book came out in 2004 and Hatton became Champ. in 2005 how was he included in this book.
