80lb Heavy bags

hey all..went shopping today for some things for the gym.

was pretty good deal to me, i ended up getting some extra stuff cuz of it.

I once had a 800lb bag so there how about that then. It had to be specialy erected it took 6 men to lift it on to chains. It was 4ft in diameter and 6ft long oh what fun 8 straps double strength. the thing was 6 boxers could use it at once, it became an attraction people from miles around came to see the bag. It was discussed in the house of Lords, the Americans had special flights to Heathrow Airport to see THE BAG. THE things that people got up to to have there Photo taken with THE BAG. Like all things it went missing ive always wondered where it finnished up any body know.

The things youi could do with the thing were amazing, the games we played 8 fighters at once used it stepping inside one another turning each other from behind a trip here a pull there it was the highlight of a gym session going on that thing created harmony and fun. It was great for footwork because the bag didnt move the fighter had to, Title made it for me years ago happy days

Adam, the lads wanted a bigger bag so i went out and got them one we had a job putting it up but it was a great peice of kit. As i said we had lots of fun and 8 could have a go at once.

I got me a bag made by "Balazs".. 300lbs . .. I love it.. the bags got some muscle
