Ahh yes one of my favorite Holmes fight if i remember Witherspoon pounded Holmes to his body and used a similar defense to Ken Norton this fight was razor thin close which i scored a draw last time i see it one of the most underrated hw fights ever 9th round was great.

For a moment Witherspoon looked nicely tucked up and making Holmes uncomfortable as hell but then they just start swapping right handers like christmas presents!

He looked close to stopping Holmes until Holmes pulled a right hand out of nowhere and started to win later part of the round if you watch fight at the start Angelo said Witherspoon's style reminded him of Ray Robinson and that Witherspoon's trainer was Slim Jim Robinson and no one would ever fight him because no one could hit the sucka Witherspoon could of beat alot of hws but he let himself go.
