I'm still working on a source but allegedly Dana said it at the post press conference....I think BJ could win this one, but he better show up in shape...Also it looks like Sanchez vs Fitch in one of the upcoming PPV's....I think Fitch makes it two L's in a row for Diego

Yeah if Franca can almost sumbit Sherk then Penn will run a clinic on him.

As for Diego/Fitch, my money's on Diego.

Hello people, this is my first post on here. I normally post on Ricky Hattons forum but to be honest i've gone off boxing of late and moved over to MMA as my main sport so i hope i can get on here and share some views and debates with you all as much as poss!

Penn is on another level in terms of ability! Didn't Dana say recently that he thought BJ was the most talented guy in the sport period??

That said Sherk is a cardio freak and will turn up in great condition! If BJ isn't in shape to go five rounds he could find himself in another Matt Hughes or GSP situation again.

I think BJ wins though by submission in the first couple of rounds, the dexterity in his legs is crazy and his Ju Jitsu awsome.

Oh and Diego wins for me too!

Should be a great fight Serk is basically the Ricky Hatton of the UFC lightweight division. Don't know how you would describe Penn, but I'd liken him to De La Hoya, a huge natural talent and superstar who has lost some key big fights.

Anyhow I think this should be a great fight, a Penn submission seems the most likely outcome but personally I'd love Sherk to maul him back into retirement, he's an arrogant knob in my opinion.

I was so rooting for Jens Pulver to knock him out, I even cheered when he beat him at table tennis!

Penn is, in my mind, without a doubt the most gifted and talented MMAist to ever fight, period. I'd give him the number one P4P hands down. However, he has had a SERIOUS lack of focus and will lately, but after the clinic he put on against Pulver, I wouldn't be surprised if he came ready to do business. Look for him to win EASILY in the second round via submission after toying with Sherk. Sherk is good, but not THAT good....Penn will eat him alive.

As of now but he's trying to appeal. Dana White said he doesn't think Sherk took steroids specifically, that some over the counter vitamin had a little content. The average human male has like a rating of 6, Sherk tested with a 12 rating, while regular steroids are supposed to give you a 50+. Dunno how true that is but its what White said in an interview.
