1st day training.....
Well testerday was my 1st day training....they started me out with a 2 mile jog.....
then he tied on my hand wraps...he thought me how to jab...moving forward and backwards..and standing in place....he also showed me the right cross...i was shadowboxing 4 rounds with 1lb weights in my hands.....
then...4 rounds of this same technique while circling the heavy bag....i was exhausted....i couldn't even keep my hands up.....
2 rounds on the double end bag....
next...speed bag but i couldn't do it....it amaze me how difficult it is....movies f#ck with my head....
then situps....incline....medicine ball...etc...
pushups next....some pullups...i was so exhausted now....
then jump rope...but i was about to throw up...so he made me relax...
i never felt so tired....i was soaking wet...i had to lay the hell down 4 at least 30 minutes after....i had to sign my name on this membership card...my hands were shaking...i could even sign my name!!!....
today I'm so sore....i couldn't even sleep well....
