    Default best way to shake a limp

    anyone know? i was non weight bearing on my leg for 3 months, and now i can fully weight bear with no pain and have full range of motion but i am still limping

    Get your hips checked

    Never said you would a lot of people have a simular problem. What youve told me of the symthems it sounds like thats the cause, one hips been overcompensating making them out of line

    i thought you meant a pain in my hip could be causing the limp. do you know any way of overcoming this? e.g hip exercises

    Theres qiute a few ways, is the limp volontary or involutary explain. What was the injury.

    I'd definately listen to what Scrap has to say, but to get rid of a limp the main muscle you should work on is the labia majora. Simply rub it to increase blood circulation to the muscle, and afterwards the limp should be gone. Don't take my word for it, this is one of Von's wonder remedies and has a 100% success rate.
    If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
