    Default Jorge Linares

Hi i recetly rewatched the Oscar Larios v Jorge Linares fight i couldnt believed how well Linares boxed. He seemed very mature for his age taking his time and showed a huge amount of potential. Anyhow i was wondering when his next fight will be and who he will face.

That was by far Linares best performance to date, he moved well and beat a tuff vet in Larios.

My guess is his next fight will be gimmie somewhere in Japan as he just picked up a belt.

For 21 he's the most complete fighter I've ever seen. He's sensational.

Those 2 responses were probably OumaFan and Me.

I can vouche for you Gamo that you pretty much brought Linares the spotlight many moons ago and hes sure made you proud.

Linares is awesome to watch, a fight with Injin Chi would have been great. I think the best fights at 126 for Jorge are John or Guerrero. Linares may have to wait for some of the stars from 122 to move up or move to 130 himself to get some big fights!

I'd really like to see Cris John get KTFO for firstly getting the robbery over JMM and secondly, for beating mainly no bodies in his backyeard, refusing to leave to rematch JMM stateside and then calling out Pacman. A shame about the Chi-Linares fight but Chi has joined k1,where he will be earning $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!! There was an awesome article about why Chi left on Max boxing, check it out if you can.

i THINK HE'S BETTER STAYING at 126, I can't see any big names wanting to fight him.

I fight with Chris John would be great

I'd say, Linares should move to 130 and try JMM or Pacquaio.

Being 21 means he has a big future in front of him, he may even miss this generation of 130lb elite if he decides to stay at 126lbs for now. He's not so big at the weight so he may be sensible to bide his time, maybe have a mandatory in Japan and then go for unification with Chris John and Luevano.

pretty impressed with linares especially so cos he's only 21 years old, although he looks older. he fought with a lot of maturity. didn't expect him to handle larios with so much composure.

Way back 2004 ,Linares won via UD over Filipino Michael Domingo. Linares couldnt believe he did not put away Domingo via KO.So he made a standing invitation for a rematch to Domingo.

Domingo won in the recently concluded World Cup against erstwhile undefeated Miguel Roman. Domingo is ready for Linares anytime.
