....sorry guys a "blow out" or a "smashing" in my opinion means one team is AT LEAST 3 touchdowns behind.

For example Florida vs Ohio State for the National Championship....THAT was a blow out

or Nebraska vs Florida in 1995...THAT was a blow out

USC and Nebraska aren't even close to being the best teams this year....it's LSU and Florida those teams will beat both USC and Nebraska easily

If you saw the game you'll see the game was not as close as the score indicated. The game was pretty much over in the first half. Nebraska scored some late touch downs to make the score respectable. But they were never really in it.

....doesn't matter about when they scored the touchdowns it's THAT they scored the touchdowns that makes it not a BLOWOUT.

It was not a close game but it wasn't a landslide victory either.
