Ahhhhhhhhhhhh..................
I'm suprised I haven't seen (or thought of) this thread before.
I remember a very long time ago, when it was Casamoyer that many (the same crowd that was accusing Floyd of ducking Margarito, Harris, Hatton, etc. etc. for the most part) were accusing Floyd of avoiding.
I guess it would depend on when Floyd fought Casamoyer.
If he went in not 100% like he did with JLC the first time, I'm confident that Casamoyer would have won the fight but most likely would have been severely robbed by the judges. So I guess that Mayweather would have won the fight, but not in the fans eyes.
If Floyd goes in full strength, then he beats Casamoyer convincingly .
I think Joel has the tools to win this fight, but would be on the wrong end of SD
Most bad government has grown out of too much government. Thomas Jefferson
Floyd beats the lightweight version of Casamayor comfortably. Joel's best chance for victory would have been when they were both @ 130 before the Freitas fight. Unfortunately that was possibly Mayweather at his best & again I'd see Floyd being to good all round!
