this might sound crazy, but i ate pizza a while ago and on saturday i had some orange chicken and a couple of vegetable egg rolls at the mall, but later on that day, my mom brought some chicken breasts patties from the store. i threw mine in the microwave, and put some barbecue sauce on them, and after that i did some push-ups(about 30, but not right after i got done eating). is that okay?

30 push ups, is not related to boxing and is not a workout, try a sports game, running for half an hour, 100 sit ups, half an hour shadow boxing, 200 squats (no weights), skipping. Diet isn't an issue for me and what you did doesnt sound bad but if you are serious about combat sports you need real workouts, push ups help build strength but do not let yourself think that it is a workout

Try this site it explains some exercises and has some free workouts, they are all intense but i found it useful when i wanted to get fit. (what have you got to lose)

Back on topic, you should eat less breakfast and more of a proper lunch
