    Default Graham Earl

I was just on You tube and saw an interview with Graham Earl. It must have been about a month or so after the Katsidis fight.

In the interview Earl says he was getting used to Katsidis power and that he actually clearly won the 5th round. I was shocked by this as I watched the fight and although he had not been floored for a couple of rounds I thought it was only a matter of time as Katsidis would have kept coming.

What are your views on this as for Earl to say something like this I thought maybe I missed something.

If Earl should have been allowed to continue does this also apply to the Khan fight. In that fight Khan threw about 8 unanswered punches with most of them landing flush.
Tip of the month: Protect yourselves at all times. You never know when the scheming bitch will come back for more.

Earl got a one sided beating from the opening bell, he only had one little moment in the fight with a flash knockdown. Other than that he was badly beaten, especially in the 5th round when he took so many punches without firing back. I can't honestly come up with logic answer why Earl would come out with that much bullshit

Earl must be suffering from brain damage. Cuz he got his ass kicked by Katsidis. The last two rounds were pretty fucking brutal for him. The worse thing that happen to Earl in the Katsidis fight was having the ref throw the towel out. Earl would of been better off if the fight had been stopped there. Cuz all that happened was Earl was opened up to three more rounds of punishment. Sure, he scored the knock down. But other than that, he did very little. It was a one-sided fight

Cheers gents. have some CC's on me.

I thought I was going crazy thinking I had missed something. I thought Earl took one hell of a beating and defo agree it should really have been stopped much earlier although the only argument that could be made was that Earl was throwing back.

I agree, i was actually astonished that after the Kahn fight, Earl was saying the fight should never have been stopped. He just doesn't know when he is beaten.....sometimes thats a good thing, but in this cae its a very bad thing.

I disagree that it was only a flash knockdown tho, Katsidis was badly hurt for the remainder of that round. Punch came out of nowwhere tho....if thats what ya meant.

he needs to hang up his gloves before he gets seriously hurt.

Agreed ono. There is no way he should continue fighting but alas I fear that he will.
