    Default B-Hop ODLH

    Can someone explain the scores:

    Dave Moretti 73-79
    Paul Smith 74-78
    Keith MacDonald 77-75

Who cares? This is ancient history. I'm still scratchin my head over the Hopkins vs. Taylor I and II scorecards.

Basically Oscar and his flunkies tried to pull a SRL vs. Hagler scam, but ran into a body shot on the way and found a soft spot on the canvas.

Oddly enough the Taylor/Hopkins fights ruined Taylor even with the gift decisions, not Hopkins. All Taylor does anymore is try to survive his fights,he never wants to risk it going for a decisive win.
Long term those judges didnt do him any favours except a belt

Hopkins just didn't do enough in those two Taylor fights. But man he shure put a beating on him the last few rounds of the first.

As for B-Hop DLH, it seems to me that was a KO waiting to hapen. Hopkins was just waiting for the right time to nail him.

I feel DLH Hopkins is in a lot of ways similar to Tito Jones fight. At first the bigger guy was just feeling out the smaller guy while the smaller guy was racking up points. All of a sudden BOOM. Fights over. The only difference is that DLH axepted the inevitable right then and there and chose to stay down. Tito, being the kind of fighter he is, got up and took his beating. But the fight was over, non the less.

How about someone shouting out *Body shot, Body shot* then ODLH getting KO by body shot about 5 seconds after

It ws competitive but no way Oscar was ahead. One of the commentators got it right when he said as the rounds go on Oscar looks smaller and smaller.
