    Ray Robinson
Muhammad Ali(had the hardest competition of anyone who's ever boxed and I still believe he has a legitimate challenge for Ray Robinson's title of p4p best ever)
    Willie Pep
    Henry Armstrong
    Joe Louis
    Gene Tunney
    Bennie Leonard(the lightweight not Ray)
    Roberto Duran
    Jack Johnson
There are a million guys who could go here (Zale, R. Leonard, Archie MOore, Ezzard Charles, Marciano, Original Jersey Joe, Sam Langford, Dempsey, Ketchel, Gans, Canzoneri, Mickey Walker, Wilde... there aren't a million, but any one of those guys IMO could go in any order from 9 to 21

I'm sorry I can't let you get away with this... He was the best of all these attributes combined, but he wasn't the fastest, strongest, etc. He was exceptional in every aspects, but he wasn't the best at any one thing... I think there are faster guys p4p (Jones, Ali) there are better defensive fighters (Mayweather, Pep, Whitaker... well there are lot of guys who got hit less) there are guys with better chins (Hagler, TOney, the list goes on) anyways He was great, probably the greatest p4p, but he wasn't the be all, and end all IMO there are matchups I feel would beat him, but he could do almost anything in the ring.
