yeah it will get used to it. throw it with the hips first, then the shoulder than the arm. if you start with the shoulder your using weaker muscles to propel the punch.
here is the answer- you have been only training for a month.
your body is not used to the exercise.
cut down how many rounds you do -- rest the arm-- begin training.
