Just wanted to let you guys know and maybe debate on who will be playing which parts. Word has it that Kevin McKidd is going to be Thor.

I foresee that role being filled by some kinda American Dad type dude, ya know, the Jay Leno chin thingy. That might be too goofy tho.

But who knows. If you would have asked me if Robert Downey Jr. could pull off a superhero role before Iron Man, I woulda told you to take a flying leap. I can't imagine anyone else playing it and doing 1/2 as good a job now.

Captain America & The Hulk are my two favs. I've said that more than once here.

Steve Rogers has blonde hair and blue eyes and I assume that Hollywood will not screw with his basic look. So whoever plays Cap will have to look natural with blonde hair and blue eyes.

What pisses me off is that they are already twisting the story. The Avengers were already formed while Captain America was still frozen in a block of ice. He was actually the 6th Avenger and later elected to be their leader.

The original crew was Iron Man, Thor, Giant Man, Wasp, and The Hulk. The Hulk had enough of the bullshit by the third issue and left the team to wander the desert.

Hugh Jackman is already Wolverine and therefore wouldn't want to adopt another Superhero role...at least in my opinion.


I would say my guesses would be Josh Hartnett or maybe Ryan Reynolds....but then again Capt. America has to be bigger than those guys so they are going to have to bulk up

All I gotta say is they've fucked up every attempt to do a Punisher movie, which seems like the easiest one to pull off. They could do the first issue of Punisher War Journal. Those comics kicked ass.

Punisher should have been more like From Hell or Sin City....more of a dark and brooding bloody film an ode to graphic violence.

They had the perfect chances to do it with Dolph Lundgren and Thomas Jane.

They really did justice to Batman with Batman Begins.

Superman the latest one was horrible and Fantastic Four is just GAY...I know a ton of people like Jessica Alba but I can't fucking stand her acting....she's pretty but can't act for shit and that's in a Superhero movie....like one step above porn

Sin City 2 is coming out as well....I'm happy about that the first one had a good film noir feel to it. From Hell was really good and 30 Days of Night was good as well.
