Right now, Ring Mag #1 p4p should be blank.

    1.

    2. Manny Pacquiao

    3. Joe Calzaghe

I'm one of those people who thinks PBF's retirement is just a hoax. If PBF doesn't get busy (zero fight this year) and Manny keeps winning, then that should be enough reason to kick him out of his throne.

Joe Calzaghe remains behind Pac, not unless he beats both RJJr and Kelly Pavlik.

I always thought PFP#1 was based on current ability, not your entire fight career.
Going off what I have seen off Calzaghes current abaility, he surely lacks the power to be PFP#1 seeing as he incapable of knocking anyone out higher than Manfredos class level.

I would argue however that he does possess the ability to outbox anyone in the game at the minute.

This is a completely unbiased choice. Since everybody knows I don't give a damn about no Pacqiuao or Calzaghe. But with Floyd out the way, Pac is number 1. I got Calzaghe at number 5.

Pac has to fit in as number 1 shirley?! well hes my pick anyway....Calzaghe will be well in the top 3 with PBF gone, but not quite there yet!

But in all seriousness, Pacquiao has been #2 p4p behind Floyd for how long now. Floyd retires then for some reason people think Calzaghe is #1?! Joes beating Hopkins was not that great of a feat.

Let Joe fight Pavlik and watch him drop down the p4p list..

Ya, I put the chances of Floyd fighting again at about 95%.

Instead of a retirement, I think this is really just "I don't feel like fighting right now." He'll be back at some point.
