i h8 fighting in the streets. no one will ever fight 1 on 1 they always gang up on you so you are out numbered, plus the amount of people that carry knifes makes everything i know about boxing useless. I love boxing but street fights suck!!!

as for scars i hace a few burns from cigretes on my hands (i dont smoke!!!, never have)
made a zip line with some m8s , and i tested it first the big stick we used went to the side and i ended up grinding downon my thump. ouchies is all i gotta say .

when you say boxing helmet you mean head guard?

    probabely does mean headguard yeah.
scars are good and bad if you ask me. bad because they look bad, but good because you dont have feeling in them.
i can honestly hardly feel anything on the skin of my hand. dont mistake that to mean that i can punch walls and not feel it, i can still break my bones and i can still fuck up wrists etc, as i have found out many a time.

HEAVY D KNOWS STRIKING!!!! HE EXACTLY RIGHT. TRAIN TO TURN ON PUNCHES FROM THE HIP WITH OUT LOADING UP; GIVE THE OPPONENT MINIUM NOTICE. ACCURCY PLAYS THE BIGGEST PART!!!! FIND THE: TEMPLE, POINT OF THE CHIN, JAW ETC. ALSO PUT SOME HOT SAUCE ON IT!!! SPEED = POWER, AND SNAP THE PUNCH BY TURNING YOUR SHOUDER AT THE END. THAT ADDS THE WHIP LASH; GIVING THE CONCUSION. POWER PUNCHES SHOULD COME IN 2'S KID... THE FIRST ONE RINGS THE BELL AND THE SECOND KICKS THE DOOR OFF THE HENG!!!

    the punch needs to be:

unnoticed by your opponent: if they dont see the punch coming they dont have time to prepare. this means a number of things, in that their chin will be in the wrong position (generally)

When the punch collides with your opponents head, the direction the head moves in comparison to the body and neck.
you ideally want to be snapping their head from side to side, as this will temporarily cut off their nerve endings, aswell as some of the oxygen supply to their brain, causing them to basically pass out.
The nerve ending sometimes add hilarity, look at the zab judah dance...

the speed and power of the punch are the factors which control the 2 above mentioned.
speed allows unnoticed/unprepared for punches, and power adds to the sudden jerking of the head.

its also important to follow through your punch as it hits its target, aimint to punch to the back of the head, but once you have connected you need to get that hand out of there.
not only for defensive reasons, but leaving your punch out disperses the enegry of the punch, reducing the force. youll end up with more of a push than a punch

Just reading through some of this stuff. How the feck did this dude turn out to be such a fake? he's obviously done a lot of reading

Lol the above text i quoted has clearly been taken straight out of a book. Only some artistic tinkering to make it look his own words.

Forgot was a phucking freak this kid was.
