I dont think there is any need for Lewis to come back he doesnt need to prove anything.
It would dent his lagacy if he lost but just think if he came back and whooped Wlad after been retired for 5 years.

I dislike Wlads style with a passion... With that being said I passed no judgement with the Thompson fight since I think he is an awkward fighter who would make any of his opponents look bad.... But I think that a 40 yrold Lewis is still better than an early 30's Klitschko
Wlad is too smart a person to be going on the all out attack against a guy who he knows he`d be able to outbox everyday of the week.
I have no qualms with Wlad over that, he is a family man before he is a fighter and protecting himself in the ring is a must to him.
Blame the level of opponent, blame the promoters, but to blame klitchsko for being sensible is a bit off the mark!
As for a 40yr old lewis beating a 30yr old Wlad.......very true
one dangerous horrible bloke
All this talk amongst us still begs the question..WHY is lennox all of a sudden in such good shape at roughly the same time Haye (fellow Brit) is making his assualt on the Division?
Why now?
Whenver they ask Lewis if he is retired he always says summat that would imply he may return or he says "yes" whilst winking . He is always very flirtatious with the idea so although I dont think he will be back , it wouldnt surprise me either .
He knows that on Saturday if he got in the ring he would have beat both guys at the same time.
If he comes back it should be cause he wants to be the best again and not money motivated.
He is playing with everyone. He will not come back. he retired because he had achieved everything he wanted and there was nothing further to be gained by the endless challenges of mediocre fighters. He had got more money than he will ever need and has started a family. He is sorted, sure he must have the desire to fight on, and he probably would have beaten fighters a couple of years after he retired. However the longer it goes the harder it is to comeback and there is nothing out there that would bring him out of retirement. Nothing.
Hopefully this is just a rumor. If Lennox were to try to come back, he'd be the next (past his prime) Holyfield of the heavyweight division.
The only thing i see that would bring him back is past due bills.

Would hate to see it and think missing the action is one thing and facing it the reality.
After the last rumble with Klitschko( suspect chin or otherwise) I think he should think again

Think this is comeback #3 for Lennox since he retired...
He needs to stay retired there's nothing for him to prove. We all know that prime for prime he'd take out Wlad inside of 4 rds IMO.
Just stay retired and enjoy it also I'm sure Canastota has already began typing your letter so don't ruin it.
I think it'd be too late for him to make a comeback. 5 years seems too long. Saying that there are 2 or 3 possible lucrative fights out there. The lits, and Haye. I think Lewis even at this age would have the ability to outbox all those 3. The biggest threat would be Vitali, but his body is more worn than Lennox's.
I'd kinda like to see him spark Haye tho......
