Try doing some push-ups but vary them. Do 20 normal palm down push-ups, then try putting your hands closer together but press up using your knuckles, finally put your hands palm down together on the floor so they make a diamond shape and try some press-ups that way.
I've been doing around 120 press-ups (40 per set) using varied techniques every other day (1 day on 1 day off etc) and I've noticed a nice improvement since September. It will take some time but stick at it and you will notice the results.
You should try doing these exercises:
lateral raise
foward raise
military press
upright row
military is caind of a most to get a big mass but if u want them stronger push ups... is totally ok :P
Does any1 know the average width (deltoid to deltoid) of a heavyweight boxers shoulders?
