I liked a quiet place.
Watched black panther yesterday - utter shite I thought
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Watched Thor 3 Ragnarok and whilst I love marvel there were far too many jokes in the film. Thor is far more serious and violent.
It was very funny.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Churchill (2017) 6/10
While I do realize Winston Churchill was not a perfect man and he made some serious mistakes in his life, this movie is unfair in it's portrayal of him as an obnoxious alcoholic and a selfish old buffoon who is living in the past.
The movie does have some positive aspects, such as the superb work by the cinematographer David Higgs, and some stellar performances by Miranda Richardson, John Slattery, James Purefoy and Julian Wadham.
However it is not historically accurate, since Churchill was not stubbornly opposed to the Normandy landing. And there were several other inaccuracies, for example King George's stammer was not nearly as bad as shown in the movie.
There really isn't much of a story in this one, except for the historical background of the Normandy invasion.

Belly, love my gangster movies, Nas and DMX together, a favourite from my youth.
Also 'State Property' another from my youth.
And wholly sh-t a movie called 'Gummo' I'm not recommending it but if you want a totally different, freak show movie take a look. Beware it's pretty out there.
They live, We sleep
Under sanden (Land of Mine) (2015) 9/10
Danish movie, I watched it with subtitles. A great movie, it was deservedly nominated for the Oscar for Best Foreign Film of 2015.
Beirut (2018 ) 7/10
Could have been better, but it wasn't bad. I absolutely love Rosamund Pike.
