definately one of the roberies i had been most disapointed and angry at!

The thing is morales won, he looked gone gainst pac yeah,..

and when your an aging fighter time is something very precious, he turned back the clock, deserved the decision.. love the first round when he was bieng chased down i was worrying my ass off thinking he was shot.. and morales puts him down. loved it!

but by all rights he should be the first and only mexican four weight world champion cementing his legacy permanently and riding off into the sunset..
but this right has been robbed of him and now he talks of his hunger to return in '09 and further risk a legacy that by right should be solid and he should be content if the right decision had been rewarded.

Bad decisiions really make me sick.

Yeah I was bummed he didn't get the decision in that one. Just look at Diaz eye, he was fucked up. Morales just didn't have the stamina to keep up the pace late and win convincingly.

I've never seen this fight personally but I remember the day after ESPN said it was "shady scoring" .

It wasn't a blowout by any means, it ended up being close cause Morales faded at the end. It definately appeared Morales was ahead though. I have seen much worse decisions.

It really was close, any claim from Morales' camp of bias was on the strength of his performance in the first 5-6 rounds of the fight. The remainder bottom half rounds saw EM fading, negating any lead he built in the said begining rounds. Diaz finishing strong, in my opinion, earned a narrow win!

what he said, there have been much much worse, Morales being such a legendary and popular fighter made the outcry more than it usually would be considering it wasn't that horrible a decision compared to some. He should have got the decision though.

    No he should stay retired.

Well personally id like to see him comeback strong and keep going considering he is only 32 yrs old, although MAB & Pacman fights might have had a toll on him. But on his comeback he wants to face Juan Manuel Marquez so that might be a toughy.

Morales needs to stay retired. He might be 32. But in Boxing he's more like 42 or older
