i guess that the WBA was inspired by the success that the movie The Wrestler has been having so they wanna make a real life version by throwing in Ruiz against these 2 embarrassments, hell maybe Tua will be the special guest referee

This is absolutely pathetic. Ruiz JUST lost for the second time to Valuev in shot he didn't earn. Why the hell does he get yet another shot? Are they really going to subject us to potentially Ruiz-Valuev 3? Good god, Ruiz is like the boxing version of Rasputin.

How many times can Ruiz, Valuev, Chagaev, and even Holyfield fight each other. Hasnt it already been determined that the result of these fights is always about as relevant to boxing as the hair on Values back is to his sex appeal.

hell we can't really blame Ruiz for taking the fight, just the same way we can't blame McCline everytime he's given a title fight, the HW division is utter crap and anyone has the chance to win a "championship", the real ones to blame are the sanctioning bodies, like the WBA especially

Exactly! It's hard to believe they used to be the most respected body. Now they seem to insist on making a mockery of boxing and the HW divison in particular!

The HW division just keeps on outdoing itself. Just when you think it can't get any worse... it does.

Oh by FAR Haye deserves a shot before Ruiz.....I deserve a shot before Ruiz gets one! Johnny has had his turn with the WBA.....why not try the IBF, WBO, or WBC belts HINT, HINT....I really want to see more of this....

It is not the HW division; its the WBA. It is complete garbage.
