I doubt it, unless there is a lot of drama in the Philippines to keep him away. The people will beg him to the winner of Floyd - Marquez. I doubt he will retire this november. He's got 2 major ongoing projects. He's got that multi billion pesos tourist destination thing that will prouide thousands of jobs for the poor one. He's got that cancer hospital thing going on too.
