Amir Khan vs Marcos Rene Maidana??

How long has Amir got till he has to defend against Marcos rene Maidana or give up his title as Maidana is the interim champ?

He has to defend against Salita and then after that he must face Maidana or relinquish the belt. From what I gather, it has made Maidana a very popular opponent all of a sudden because of the desire to land a big money fight with Khan.

Maidana has a fight end of this month I think.

I was saying on here a couple days ago that I fear for Khan against him. I'm not sure if Khans chin can handle some of the bombs that will be thrown at him.

Well that and making Ortiz quit has also helped his popularity.

and plus Khan doesn't HAVE to fight Salita, he chose to, IMO Maidana blasts him out in 3
