Default Haye-Ruiz hitting behind the head?

I don't know how Haye didn't have points taken away, let alone cautioned for the times he hit Ruiz behind the head, let alone getting it scored as knockdowns multiple times. They were such blatant examples of hitting behind the head it seemed ridiculous that he was allowed to do something so dangerous, it reminded me of Peter against Klitschko the first time, I honestly don't think Peter would have been able to catch Klitschko without those illegal blows. I am not sure if its something to do with being a prospect, but I cringe when I think about what these type of punches from guys who hit like this could do to a guy. I mean back when it was less regulated a lot of guys lost their lives and where severely compromised for their entire lives as result of blows to the base of the skull.

I usually turn a blind eye to shots behind the head the moment the other fighter turns his head away from the fight.

Although with that being said, the 1st shot Haye landed was naughty. Simply for the reason that Ruiz was already on his knees

But yeah whatever, the fight was yonks ago. This is defo a hate thread. Fact.

Well it happened, I reckon no one paid much attention to it because they we glad to be rid of Ruiz. I don't fault the WBA title holder for doing it, I see it as its more acceptable to rough house in England, its just the way matches are called and its Ruiz's fault for not knowing about it.

Why so touchy HF? I didn't say 1 bad thing about anybody.

I have just observed that refs in England allow the guys to fight a bit more...hence lots of the Brits hating on a very intrusive ref like Joe Cortez. That's all I was saying.

I don't hate Haye at all, I just was wondering why the ref allowed it to happen not why Haye was punching for the back of the head which he shouldn't. I like Peter to, but he did the same think to Klitschko. I like Gamboa and I think he should have been disqualified. THe Klitschko-Peter fight and the Gamboa fight reminded me of the Haye-Ruiz fight, its not like it's the first time a fight from the past has been brought up.

If I were to hate on Haye it would be simply because he ducking Wladimir Klitschko despite constantly calling him out, but I'm not.
