Default Pacquiao = Weight Class Contradiction....let's clear this up please.

So Pac won't fight JMM below 147, but won't fight Mosley above 142? Is this more of the Pac Plague that's ruining boxing? Oh go ahead Pac ball cuppers have your field day. But real boxing enthusiasts (non pac fans who jump from site to site) Enlighten me please...

Well i've heard Arum say JMM would have to come up to 147. No way he says Pac is coming down. As far as Mosely goes i have heard nothing of the sort, but it wouldn't suprise me.

It was from last year,, Roach even said 140 or no fight.
Surprisingly Shane agreed; but no fight was made.

Oh no that's not right Manny Pacquiao would never do anything like that! It can't be true manny is the shining light of hope in boxing some may even say he is christ like. It should be banned on here to say anything negative about the amazing manny pacquiao and every belt in every weight class should just be handed to him and everyone should bow down to him.

Blah blah blah blah blah vomit.

If this is true manny can go and suck a fat one in his determination to have an advantage over his oppant. What has this guy got against fighting someone on an even playing field?

It will come out with Manny's next fight. He have options at . . .
    135 - 140 JMM
    140 Bradley or Alexander
    147 Mosley or Berto
    154 Martinez

If he wanna fight on and even playing field, And I mean "WANNA", he have options.

I seriously doubt Pacquiao is ruining boxing.

he's in the position where he can make these demands

im not sure if i agree with it or not

claiming a welterweight title and a light middleweight title where the champions may not have been at their very best because of the catchweight demands?

doesnt seem right, at the same time im gonna keep watching

I recall the 142 thing - it was said two years ago, but now the Mosley fight will be at 147.

The other thing is that Pac only weighed 144 at the weigh-in for Margarito when the fight was contracted for 150 (which only benefited Margarito I may add). In the proposed Marquez fight, even if the fight is a welterweight fight Pac won't be adding a ton of weight after the weigh-in. How much did Marquez weigh the night of the fight for Kastidis? I imagine the actual weight difference between the two when the fight is at 147 will be marginal. Everyone bemoans catchweights. You can't have it both ways. Pacquiao fought his last three opponents at 147 or 150 - why should he go down in weight? He's a guy who fights at 145 anyway.

How is Pac ruining boxing? He's taken a marginalized sport and making it more mainstream. Time Magazine, Jimmy Kimmel, 60 minutes etc.

Who would you prefer to see Pac fight?

JMM was 145 on fight night. Really the only way 147 would be a complete disadvantage for Marquez would be through his and his trainer's doing if they decided to put bulk on so they could be 147 at the weigh in, rather than just train as normal and not dehydrate himself to make a lower weight.

So if one man wins a knife fight he get's to bring a gun to the next one? I would just like to see Pac fight where he should. What's the advantage for? Is it an advantage or a sign of being scared. Fight one guy at a particular weight but not another? See what I'm saying. I used to love watching Pac but now we know every fight is the same type of fight. Same type of opponent and same results. Nice way to coast to the finish line Pac. I used to respect him. Now if I ever happen to see him I will spit on his shoe and call him a bitch. (Yes he would kick my ass) but I won't make my actions contingent on a catch weight. I will spit on this bitch knowing the outcome. Knowing he won't do shit and the police will save me. Hey I'm just like Pac (:

Take Pac's Replica Ball sack out of your mouth...Right after you get done discussing his mother doesn't want him to fight and after he talks to you about not letting his kids fight either LOL Geez you must make your boyfriend role play and pretend to be Pac. It's one thing to defend and correct someone but If I don't want to suck off Pac like you dream of then I'm a hater?

Not at all....A hater hates for no reason. I stood behind this little fisherman for years. I ordered all his fights and was caught up in the "Hype" like 64.553256% of you. Now that I look back I got swindled by this peddler and his team. I stood behind him almost as religiously as 75% of the rampant Pac posters on every internet site in this world. He can change it all with fighting a fight on fair ground. Winning your fights should give you an advantage of the PIE$$$ but not to cripple your opponent.
