Just finished with a client and fancies trying some different stuff with my new band...

I really need a harness to secure it with, it slipped a little lower as the video went on - but you'd be surprised how bloody hard this was. Legs are dead... done loads all week, but even fresh I think it'd be tough.

Legs started burning pretty quickl;y, my heart rate shot up and I got that lovely head rush type of thing you get during interval sprints!

The band pulls with 70kg of force, the dumbells are 20kg and the vest is 20kg... + a light heavyweight in the middle of it all!

edit: oh and the awkward pause at the start - there were three massive bees on the floor... I HATE wasps/bees! :P
