Good day to you guys. Got to ask a question. After a run what kind of functional workout can i do? Usually with me having school and all, by the way it starts at 7.30am. I wake up at 6am and go for
1st - run
2nd - shadowboxing
3rd - shadowboxing w/ weights

Thats it. Got to add a functional workout.

Afternoon i do KBC Drills and alot of cardio. Evening is always sparring. I want to add functional workout thats good and suits my timing. Thank you very much.
