Not sure why you are so angry Burns pulled out of the Broner fight?

Broner is a prospect, it's not as if he's pulled out of a fight with a world champion or anything.

Nobody, inclusing Ricky himself is trying to sell Burns as an all time great or even a current generation elite fighter. He's just a decent fighter from Scotland who won a belt yet still earns so little from boxing he has to have a second job. He's clearly never going to be a Ricky Hatton or Amir Khan and conquer America, raking in millions from PPV money so why go and fight Broner ( a guy who HBO clearly believe will go on to do all that) and hand his belt over and go back to working fulltime in the sports shop?

Not every fighter is out to prove themselves one of the greats. His team have obviously made what they believe is the most sensible choice for his career and presumably he has agreed.

I hope he wins his next fight.
