You can't say he "has power"; he definitely is turning his shots over a little more and appears to be stronger in general at welter though I agree. Makes sense as he's still young and never had terrible form, the trouble is competition at welter should still be to much for him. Does anyone think he'd have a shot against even Berto or Ortiz?

Honestly considering how weak Ortiz is mentally, I could see him outboxing and frustrating Ortiz.

I've always loved Paulie. He's a damn good fighter, and the one thing that was holding him back was that he had terribly brittle hands.
