The side skip presses, burpee bag slams and power overs on the bosu ball are good, can't take credit for the power overs but I thought I'd developed the other two myself!
Thought they were unique to me but seems we've had the same idea.
Azira must have bern spying on the boxing conditioning classes I run heheh!
Not sure the point of that clean and press type thing at the start, technique was weird for the hips and he wasn't really having to generate much power to accelerate a light weight like that.
