You can only judge someone on their last performance and he chose it to be public rather than a closed doors spar and based on that performance hes done.That was public sparring for the most part. Helenius has to prepare for December 19 vs Erkan Teper. So the dude isn't even in proper shape yet ross.

Shannon Briggs......bless his heart......I think what would be really good for him is if he decided to get into professional wrestling. He's a good talker, he's got a good build.....but come on now man you're 43, you haven't beaten anyone of note in ages and you're not getting any younger.....go to the WWE and scare some people or be funny for the little kids.
....and Tyson Fury might want to consider that line of work too once he recovers from getting KO'd
