Who, if anyone, could beat a prime Roy Jones at 160-175?

Monzon and Hagler maybe Hearns
Calzaghe
Spinks, Foster, Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore,
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
you lost me when you said calzaghe
The evidence is patchy when Jr is not dominating.
A brilliant front runner, the fights in his prime where he was not dominating were ugly. Lucas was a poor performance, and the first fight with Griffin hurts his credentials.
You have to figure even if he found a way to win he will have moments when he is not dominating, and that would suggest he could be in real trouble. In the modern era Monzon, Hagler, Spinks perhaps even Qawi could of caused him some real problems and I doubt he comes out of them four fights 4-0...
Also the other factor is a bit of a cruel one, his chin did let down badly at times. Yes he was past his pomp, but the greats tend to lose on points, not get poleaxed by Tarver and Glen Johnson when the magic had gone...
So once again you look at the seventies, eighties and early 90s Middleweight bombers and think Briscoe, Mugabi, Hearns and Jackson could of led to a bad defeat. And at Light Heavyweight Foster, both the Muhammad's, Marvin Johnson and perhaps even Lalonde could cause chaos if they catch Jones.

Roy owns everyone.
He is a great boxer.
When i joined this forum 7 years ago i never had a good word to say about JC.
But i have to admit he is a great boxer with a massive heart.
There are fighters he ducked but alot of fighters are guilty of that when theres more money involved.
I dont fancy his skills against a prime roy jones but we will never know as JC had a great workrate.
I love Calzaghe and I'm not RJJs biggest fn but he probably stops JC. In his prime.
He dropped him in their match when he was well past his prime and went the 12.
1962-early 63 Emile Griffith gives Roy a hard time, Roy may just be a little bit bigger than him though.
Maybe Gene Fullmer, again a little bit smaller than RJJ.
You say tomato,
‘n I say …… it correctly.
160. Perhaps Greb or Burley. Maybe Robinson. Cant see Hagler or Monzon being up for the task.
168. Joe would have been a tough one but I think Roy prevails. Maybe Ezzard or Sammy.
175. Ezzard and Sammy again and Spinks might cause him problems. A prime Archie Moore maybe.
