It's only a foul when the ref calls it. You get some refs who will call everything, some won't call anything, some will warn a lot, some immediately take points....in 64 fights Wlad has seen a lot of refs, he's a pro, and if he bends the rules to his favor then he's joining a great deal of fighters who have also done that.

Those were not knock-downs after the first legitimate one the rest were wresting take downs. Stronger ref would have disqualified Wlad and not taken a point at round 11 way too late.
