Both are boring and I could never sit and watch a full race. I prefer the animation film Cars.

I often will watch the first 50 laps, take a nap and then watch the last 50. I'll say this though, attending a race is a lot of fun and a unique event. If you get a chance to go to a night race at Daytona or Talladega I'd highly recommend it. That is a special piece of Americana culture you won't see many other places.

It all depends, two difference things in my opinion!

F1 is awesome going to a pub, have a few beers watching the race, you see everything on a tv, while you're sitting at f1 race you see cars goes, wruum, wruum, dont even see them, just hear them, not as fun.

While watching Nascar you see the whole track, accidents, and the proper start up, and often have some burn out shows and other stuff. not that fun watching on a tv as f1 tho!
