This is a difficult one all around if you ask me. I don't know what took place with the argument and the man allegedly reaching for something but this is prevented if the girl tells the truth from the jump. Unless something is being left out or misreported I would like to see her receive some kind of punishment.

As shit as it is, theres no way a home owner should be charged. No forced entry, no dispute by daughter until dad walks and she freaks. Suprised more on this has not been reported, facts? Still didn't need to happen though...a solid ass kicking for protection of daughter I get, 17 may be "a child" in legal terms but today 17 can end you just as easily..but shooting him, he probally panicked in moment or feared in his own dwelling.

I wouldn't say eff the dad but the more I learn about this story I am leaning toward thinking that the young girl is to blame for this situation because of her lies.

A neighbor said; "Oh my God! They just moved in…about a week ago. They just moved in here," "No, never spoke to them. Never even seen them. I saw the moving trucks, but I never heard a peep out of them."

If they are talking about the man and the daughters family its going to help the man get off.
