Never mind Tam at least you have the dedication and heart to get right back on the horse. Sounds like you know where you went wrong and that is half the battle won already. Big respect for you fella.

Even in defeat, you win.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
No worries mate! MD and you thought you did poorly too...when the judges get to score fights sometimes they get things wrong. This is a learning experience for you and the fact you understand that speaks to the positive mental balance that you have that most fighters don't. Just set some attainable goals (long term, medium term, short term), work to achieve them, and you will be set.
You're living the dream mate! I wanted to have fights back when I was heavy in sparring sessions with the local pros, but just never got the chance to do it. I mean I guess I could have been thrown to Oliver McCall's son Elijah had I had a suicide wish for my first fight (The Atomic Bull trained in our gym on occasion, he's still big and solid as an oak)...but I wanted to LEARN not pad someone else's record.
