lol, i was going to say the Rocky one's, oh well...
How about Elton John or Freddy Mercury's 'Don't stop me now', that's a great song.
Welcome to the forum bud
Even though i prefer not to listhen to music while running, sometimes i need some extra motivation whilst running so i sing survivors hit 'eye of the tiger' inspirational song. I think that song is the theme in rocky 2, might be wrong.
While training by my own i do like to match the rythm to some exercises i do
Adrenaline by gavin rossdale, poison by alice cooper, eye of the tiger, sweet child o mine, nothing else matters by metallica.
Welcome to the forum mate. Anything by DMX(bring it,that will get the adrenaline going) Lil jon wat you gon do,get some drum and bass in there too,it's good to workout to the rythm! Add some rock in there, maybe motor head?
Play lots of rap..
I always play ACDC when I run.
Thunderstruck
TNT
Hells Bells
Back in Black
etc...
thank god, some guys who listen to rap!
when your working out you want agry or violent music, and rap and hip hop tends to be about fighting or shooting. dont get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with rock, but its just not my thing
DMX - X gonna give it to ya/ up in here
jadakiss - times up
xibit - say my name/multiply
Nas - got yourself a gun
Eminem - square dance
slim thug - i aint hear of that
Dizee rascal - stand up tall/stop that
Mase - breath stretch shake
that sould keep you going. they got some good beats to them, and a fair few feature violence!
if you like rock: i dont really have to much knowlege on it...
Hblock z - i got the power
limp bizkit - break stuff
happy training
How about Frank Bruno's version of Eye of the Tiger? classic track - filled with clips from his world title fight with oliber mccallOriginally Posted by J.Wright
never seen that, have Frank Brunos book from 86 'Know what i mean' thats about it. Also thinking of some songs... mc hammer 'you cant touch this'
Thank you all, but i rather like instrumental music with some energy baked into it, i do like rap and rock but that doesnt make me go berserk if you know what i mean ^^,the rocky one do, you got somthing in the same style?

Bullet for my Valentines cover of No Easy Way out (from Rocky 4) always gets my blood pumping.
