That's a good catch man, initially I thought he stepped in and ruled kd with ropes holding him up but on rewatch it def looks and counts like he mistook the 10 tap as the bell and Salido thought it stopped. Then he clarifies with judges, realizes flub and has them continue ..by count that had to be at about a 3:20 mark and round
