when doing the wrestlers bridge do you just go back on to ur forehead/nose and just work that area of the neck or are the sides of the neck neccesary also? if so how
head straps and a few weights... these have been used for decades
Do those head straps but also build up your traps by doing shoulder shrugs....that'll really fill it out
the up and down motion of the neck is all that is needed?? i havent seen ways to workout the sides of the neck unless the up and down motion covers that portion also
the best thing you can do to prevent knockouts its to work on your defense.
Do to the sides as well, when I did those exercises I would work up and down, and side to side...seperate exercises of course. Shrugs help the sides as well.Originally Posted by 1boxer1
Building up your neck will help you take a punch that's for sure...I mean not in the since that you won't get KO'd but you can take more jabs without it sapping your stamina or making your back hurt
