Where did you get served up Bear and Croc's?

This is lovely and beautiful and well presented and what have you but the bottom line for me is that there just isn't a lot on the plate. Other than when I go out with my sister and she drags me to one of the horrific places she likes I just go for a curry or a steak somewhere where you get proper portions. Totally given up on fancy places these days. Can you tell I come from Sunderland?
Bear
Bobcat
Deer heart
Sea Urchin
Venison
I must lead a sheltered life cause I may have peaked at alligator, crawfish or a couple of spiders I ate as a kid. I've never had lobster or deer ffs
Lobster I can't really tell from good crab meat. I have also tried venison, moose and caribou, honestly all could easily be passed off as beef. Pretty good, but not at all exotic or odd once you've tasted them.
Gator
Squirrel
Ummm lots of game birds: dove, pheasant, duck
Lots of types of fish
lobster crab lots of stuff
Tried duck a couple times and seems to be more and more popular. Ended up having it slow cooked on Vietnamese style po boys. Thinking now it was absolutely outstanding!
Oh... I had bison, too. It was a restaurant in Colorado Springs that specialized in all kinds of weird, gamey meat (think I may have tried ostrich, also)... and I was feeling pretty adventurous. Once I tried frog legs and didn't like them. Sea urchin was definitely the weirdest thing, though.
Did you like it at all, Titofan? I thought it was so sick, and had it in a good Japanese restaurant with a bunch of other sashimi things that were tasty. That's my only regrettable meat experience, except for that time @walrus promised he wouldn't tell anyone about.
The sea urchin was pretty forgettable. It was actually on fishing trip and we hadn't caught much worth eating that one day.... so we decided to get adventurous. I doubt I would've ordered it at a restaurant. The bison was ok but pretty gamey.
