Do you still consider Pac a top 10 P4P fighter?

I think Pacquiao is still a top 10 guy. He is still fighting top rated contenders and winning comfortably.

Pac took dogs abuse over the Floyd fight (some justified) but concentrating on cold hard form, his drubbing of Bradley and Vargas last year is arguably better/on a par with any other top welter, and that's ignoring his back story.

Without a doubt. He easily beat Bradley and Vargas. Which other Welters would beat those two so comfortably? Pac is one of the most underrated fighters right now. He is still at a high level but he has just slipped a bit from what he once was. He just isn't in the limelight anymore. That's the main difference.

I think that pac is probably the best welterweight right now. If Spence beats Brook (which I'm expecting) then Spence will be, but I think that pac would beat even Thurman who is at the moment the man to beat.
