Andre Ward vs. Sergey Kovalev II on June 17

I had it 6 a piece. The knockdown gave Kovalev the win in my opinion.

that is what i had too, flipping one round the other way isnt a big deal in my opinion so ward is a fair winner. I find it a bit odd that all of the judges ended up with the same scores but whatever :S


I also think ward underestimated or was surprised by kovalevs power but came back really well and will have an easier time this time round and win by 3 or more rounds.

Ward was visibly shocked by Kov's power in the first round and then got knocked down in the second. For Ward to come back from that was very impressive. I had it 7-5 to Ward and the knock down made it a draw.

Kovalev really seems to have a bee in his bonnet coming into this one. I think the dislike can add to his motivation but I feel he needs to fight behind his jab like he did early in the 1st fight and set up his shots. If he fights angry I think it will play into Wards hands. Ward will smother that sort of aggression and be in his element.

7-5 to ward = 115-113 the knockdown would make it 114-113 to ward by your round scoring not a draw... with adding like this have you ever considering being a pro judge :S
