This is awesome Corrales dropped again and sits there like WTF happened. Huge 4th round for Castellanos

Castellanos 5th much more substance. Corrales feet are starting to switch up way too much, bit scrambled.
Corrales with a chip on his shoulder in 6th. Slows roll of Castellanos just a bit.
Castellanos clipped him good with left as Corrales left his head hanging too long, Ohhh Corrales lands left hand and drops Castellanos square! Looked like he blocked it partial think he also stepped on his foot. Definite momentum swing 7th
wth was that. Think Corrales just threw a superman punch . Corrales 8th. This guy would have been trampoline champion in another life. Castellanos with work late 9th but not enough. Corrales with good string here
and another headbutt and another cut on Castellanos in 10th. Fight waved and they are scoring a .31 second round on cards . Cut under the eye.
I cannot score a 30 round and don't see how they could accurately...scores 94-94..94-93..96-94...Corrales Without 10th had it 84-84. Rematch would be nice

balls i fell asleep 2 rounds into the corrales fight, woke up for the judges decision on berchelt miura :S
barrera did a very good job on joe smith jr i thought, he does have a bad habit of getting knocked down though, in 3 of his last 4 , smith knocked him down, ward put him down and the soviet fellow who i forget the name of put him down too, he looks to be a pretty talented fellow with a good jab, makes ward and koalev look good too as ward shut barrera out, show how much of a different level those guys are on... That was for a wbc minor title, stevenson is the wbc champ isnt he? I wonder if he will fight barrera, i dont think so and he is getting old so I think he will take on one of the big names next to end his career, I will bet on kovalev v stevenson.
Yeh he definitely looked like a one trick pony as it went. Liked his movement late and he did manage to rattle Barrera on one occasion down the stretch but didn't put anything together. Actually just read he suffered a broken jaw as early as the 2nd round. The same injury that caused him to 'opt out' in his only other loss. If that's the case is a bit odd he showed no signs or let on in the corner but hey, apparently set for surgery later in the week.
It's valid, the x-rays are available. Clearly and badly broken
Too bad about his jaw. I was rooting for him to win, but he obviously had a good excuse for not just going all out and throwing.
Barrera on a nice little run.
