    Default Tennis-elbow

Anyone ever have the joy of this 'injury'? Surgery necessary if so? Nothing to do with tennis but more repetitive motion. Feels like someone is stabbing a knife between joints in left elbow and shoots down arm, after playing Google- MD pretty sure that's it.

    Get a specialists opinion.

Normally you have to take it easy and not keep on doing what makes it hurt. It should get better.

If it still persists then pain killers and get a strap.

    Surgery should be last resort.

Doctor told me shots or surgery I opted for shots, master is it possible for u to have less proper knowledge. Now I see why u banned me, you probably read one of my highly educated posts and in ur little brain processed it as bad. I actually feel bad for you @Master

Last time went about 3 weeks, point of elbow muscle noticeably swollen and got to where extending was impossible. Did the whole anti inflammatory, ice-heat and kept brace on few days holding it like it was in a sling. Not working or using it not an option. Just went away thankfully.

it's an eye opener as you get older, complete job revolves around having two hands and shifting dag weight around.

Good thing I'm naturally right handed. Man left hand just throws everything off .

write right handed but left hand dominate in most other things, weird.
