I've not watched this yet, I'm going to pop out and get myself a bacon, sausage, black pudding and egg sarnie from the local cafe then come back and stick this on whilst I'm eating it

I don't get why that was stopped so quickly. Give the man a count! The KD was a flash KD and the next was an overwhelming flurry thing. I was reading in the UK media about a stunning KO but I didn't see that at all. It was a typical early British stoppage. Khans opponent didn't seem all that hurt really.

Fair play to Khan but it would have been better to go a few rounds. He doesn't want to do a Tyson and think he is ready based on a quick stoppage that doesn't mean that much.

Totally absurd stoppage. You can see Greco saying 'What on earth is all this?' at the end. Let him try and weather the storm!

In comparison to the USA where Charlo knocked out his opponent cold and the ref was counting 10 when there was no need.

    Prefer our ref to theirs.

That was silly too. I prefer a healthy middle ground. You don't as a ref pretty much dive on a fighter and hold him to the ground like that. If he gets up and is wobbling then fine stop it, but at least see if he is okay first. Khan is not exactly known as a dangerous puncher.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the stoppage Greco did not even know what planet he was on, let alone be in a position to defend himself. It is quite absurd and reaching to suggest otherwise. Khan did what he had to do ... with style.

I don't think so. Yes, the guy (or tomato can) was knocked down, but I don't think the ref even looked at him before stopping the fight.

There is a reason for a ten count, its to give the guy time to recover and get up. The ref waved the fight off as soon as he hit the ground.

Premature stoppage, in my opinion. Very poor.

Well said X. It was a ridiculous stoppage. That Beanz and Master support it says it all. After all people can get hurt and I guess boxers need safe spaces too. My point being that he wasn't hurt though. Of course the blole knew which planet he was on. It was planet early British stoppage.

I agree, something not quite kosher (excuses to Amir) about the whole thing.

The writing was on the wall but it was a little early. Should have given him a count and seen what he's like. It was only a matter of time tho.

Yeah verbally Khan usually gets the better of brook but literally running away here didn't look convincing. Brook was stood facing the back of one of khans team who's job for th night was clearly to block brook. Khan was not interested in engaging brook only saying his bit then running off before the retort

as for the fight itself well done to Khan for doing the job quicker than Spence and porter. That was impressive.

40 seconds is a statement but we have to keep in mind it was lo Greco who is one of the worst boxers I have ever seen including journeymen cus atleast they know how to survive. He came out with a stance like a baby elephant ( only much slower ) swinging his trunk about. Feel for Fernando Vargas who must be embarrassed by that performance
