    Default Poor kid.

Does anyone have any Rocky 4 type things to build strength and stuff like wood or rocks or something. Cause I'm kinda poor and I can't start going to the gym until next month when I get out of school and get a job. Any thing will help. Just not involving equipment.

You can use milk jugs, rinse them out and then put water in. You can do arm exercises with them.

Door frames. No kidding. Stand in the door frame, arms at your sides, then try to lift them. Straight up at your sides. Of course you won't be able to because of the sides of the door frame but keep trying as long and as hard as you can. You'll feel the result pretty quickly.

Yes. Pretty much anything you could put in them to add weight.

Or sand, I saw that technique on that bodybuilders.com, it really has got lots of great information on there too. I got a lot of my abdominal exercises from that site too.

aternativly just get your self a job labouring on a building site... you'll make money too :P May I reckomend being a road worker... some of these curbs are beasts...

Personally I would look into getting a good pull up/push up routine going.

    running
    stand burpees
    jump burpees
    press ups
    pike situps
    sit up twist situps
    Pull ups
    Shadow boxing
    Squat jumps
    Dorsal raises
    Dim Flex
    Skipping

All this can be done with not much equipment and is all u need to get into fighting shape i think
Remember alot of boxers claim not to do weights so strength in that respect is not that important.

Weights have a place in boxing but you can do with out them, I rarely do exercises with free weights... if at all. I've built plenty of strength, endurance and lean mass from press ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups and other variations, bag work and running (not long distance obviously, thats more about efficiency of the muscles more than anything else... but sprints)
