A variation of a sit up... not gonna even try to describe it now cos its late and I'm going to bed :P
u hold u legs outstretched bout 6 inches above the ground then bend ur legs and bring em towards ur chest at the same time sitin forward so ur elbows meet ur knees in the middle
Dunno if thats how you ment it to sound, but you just described a 'tuck'...
that sounds insanley easy, but im guessing it takes alot out of you
if he's talking about tucks just try them... then come and say that :P hardest ab exercises I find are normally the ones which involve working from the hips like leg raises and kicks.
I really should be getting to bed (I mean it this time :P) so you'll get a proper response in about.... 10 hours course its gonna effect your abs, but training, recovery and growth aren't that simpleOriginally Posted by SalTheButcher
I;ll give you an exersize for the stomach and back. Sit on the floor, legs straight, your back must be upright, head must not move at any time.In that position, pull the cheeks off your arse as tight as you can From here you go back an inch at a time every ten seconds, until your knees start to lift. Then come back an inch at a time until vertical.Do this 3 times, if you can you;ve got strong ABS andBACK good luck.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

I'll give that a try when my back gets better, sounds a bit like this thing we do in my gym, we do a regular body raise and get told when to lower and how far then we take are feet off the floor and stuff... very hard
Adam The exersize will repair the back its actually a strech
